You'll also get insights into value-added products, local food laws, selling through EBT/Fresh for Less, CSA options, mobile farm stands, and more. Cancellation Policy
🌿 Basil Family Farm Consulting – Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking a consulting session with Basil Family Farm! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following booking policy before securing your appointment. 📌 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept debit and credit cards. Your spot will not be reserved until payment is received. 🔁 Cancellations & Refunds We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel: You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or request a reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued at our discretion in limited cases, such as emergencies or technical issues on our end. 🔄 Rescheduling You may reschedule your session once if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 14 days of the original booking. Late reschedule requests will be treated as cancellations. ⏰ Late Policy Please be on time! If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 📞 Technical/Phone Issues If technical issues on your end prevent the session from happening, our cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies. If the issue is on our end, we’ll reschedule your session at no extra cost. 📧 Follow-Up You will receive a brief follow-up email with a checklist or summary of your session within 2 business days. If you need additional support beyond what’s covered in your call, we invite you to book another session. ✅ Agreement By booking a consulting session with Basil Family Farm, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
