Who says lemonade has to be basic? Our Rose Lemonade is here to flip the script and turn an ordinary sip into a floral, refreshing moment of joy! 🌸✨
With just the right mix of lemon juice, our signature rose simple syrup and crisp water, this drink is like summer in a glass (even if you’re sipping it in the middle of winter).
The best part? You don’t need to be a pro mixologist to pull this off. If you can stir, you can slay this recipe. In just three ingredients and three steps, you’ll be sipping something that tastes like a garden party and a spa day had a baby.
Why We Love Basil Family Farm Rose Lemonade
It’s fresh and floral without being overpowering.
It’s sweet but balanced (thanks to that hint of citrus).
It’s a conversation starter—because who doesn’t want to brag about homemade rose lemonade?
The Magic Mix (8 oz Serving)
3 ½ tbsp rose simple syrup (our secret weapon!)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
⅔ cup cold water
Stir it up, add some ice, and garnish with a lemon wheel or fresh mint if you’re feeling extra fancy.
Batch It Up
Hosting brunch? Here is the mixture for 1 quart or even 1 gallon.
4 Servings (1 Quart / 32 oz)
⅞ cup rose simple syrup (7 oz)
¼ cup lemon juice (2 oz)
2 ⅔ cups water (21.3 oz)
16 Servings (1 Gallon / 128 oz)
3 ½ cups rose simple syrup (28 oz)
1 cup lemon juice (8 oz)
10 ⅔ cups water (85.3 oz)
Notes:
Stir well before serving.
For a lighter or stronger flavor, adjust rose syrup by ½ tbsp per 8 oz.
Best served chilled or over ice.
**Pro Tip: Add a splash of sparkling water instead of still water for a bubbly twist.
